Short Breaks Summer

Short breaks of 3 or 4 nights are available in the cottages listed below during the following date ranges (excluding all school holidays).

Mid April – Mid October

• Pheasant: 3 nights Friday – Monday £800 or 4 nights Monday – Friday £800
• Badger: 3 nights Friday – Monday £750 or 4 nights Monday – Friday £750 (extra charge of £270 if adding the extra suite)
• Beaver: 4 nights Monday – Friday £700 (excluding all school holidays)
• Fox: 4 nights Monday – Friday £600 (excluding all school holidays)
• Owl & Squirrel: 4 nights Monday – Friday £550 (excluding all school holidays)

Short Breaks Winter

Short breaks of 2, 3, or 4 nights are available in the cottages listed below during the following date ranges (excluding all Half Term Holidays, Christmas and New Year).

Nov 1 2024 – Dec 22 2024, Jan 24 2025 – April 4 2025, Oct 31 2025 – Dec 22 2025

• Owl & Squirrel: 2 nights £430 and 3 nights £490
• Fox: 2 nights £470 and 3 nights £530
• Beaver: 2 nights £550 and 3 nights £620
• Badger: 2 nights £630 and 3 nights £690
• Pheasant: 2 nights £660 and 3 nights £730

Mouse and Wren cottages can be booked for full weeks or short breaks all year round (excluding Christmas and New Year). Rates for full weeks (starting on a Friday) are shown in the weekly rates table above, and short break rates are below.

• From Easter up until end of October: 3 nights starting on a Friday at £340 and 4 nights starting on a Monday at £400
• October until the Easter: 2 nights £297, 3 nights £340, and 4 nights for the same rate as 3 nights (weekend/mid week stays)

Short breaks can be booked as follows. For special mid week rates, also see below.

• 2 nights starting on either a Friday or a Saturday
• 3 nights starting on a Friday
• 3 nights starting on a Monday
• 4 nights starting on a Monday

These start days apply for booking through the winter months for short breaks

Special Mid Week Rate

Stay 4 nights for the same price as 3 from Monday to Thursday (this offer is available in any cottage), November - up to the end of March, excluding Christmas, New Year and February half term.

Cottages are available from 4pm on day of arrival and check-out is 9:30 am on day of departure.
