Guests enjoy exclusive access to our exceptional indoor heated pool and spa bath, an all-weather tennis court, and 400 acres of well-maintained farmland offering scenic walks and a tranquil duck pond.
For families, our large fenced play area features climbing frames, swings, slides, football nets, a play fort, a trampoline, and a dedicated toddler area.

We’ve had a truly lovely holiday. Such a relaxing break in Mouse cottage. Cosy, warm and beautifully decorated - everything has been perfect. We usually come with friends & family but this time it was just the two of us- a great opportunity to get to know the area better and we great use of the guide book in the cottage. We highly recommend visiting the Abbeys and Ripon Cathedral. We can highly recommend a little cafe in Helmsley called Cocoa Tree lovely food & welcoming. We also enjoyed giving Gryff the pony carrots every day such a sweet part of our visit. Thank you John & Amanda for making us so welcome and going out of your way to way to make our stay exceptional. We came here for some much needed rest after a busy Christmas and this place has been an absolute gem! The tranquility was just what we needed and the facilities are fantastic – well stocked, thoughfully laid out and truly a home from home. We loved the daily swims, walks from the cottage and exploring local abbeys and villages. A wonderful stay and somewhere we would definitely re-book. Many Thanks L & H.
